The exchange rates published are sourced from Westpac New Zealand on a daily basis. This rate is valid for a period of 7 days from the time the invoice is sent.
Please Note: There is small incremental buffer included to counter any fluctuations within the time period before payment is made.
In response to the COVID-19 developments, the Australian Prime Minister announced new restrictions advising that anyone entering Australia is required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days.
The new restrictions take place from midnight tonight, Sunday 15 March. There is currently no end-date for these restrictions, but are likely to be reviewed on a week-by-week basis.
Based off today’s announcement, our recommendation is to cancel the services we have booked for clients scheduled to arrive in Australia through until April 30. Our team will be in touch with you over the coming days, with a full update and work-through for each booking on a case by case basis.
You have our assurance that we will do our very best to ensure any cancellation fees are waived and our mutual clients are looked after as best we can during this unprecedented time.
